We would like to announce the influence due to Tohoku District/Pacific Coast Earthquake happened on Mar. 11 as described below. ( as of Mar.22,18:00 )
1. Production Site
There is little or no damage on our buildings and facilities in Ueda, Nagano.
2. Product Delivery
Products cannot be delivered to some area because of traffic control.
3. Material Procurement
Material procurement becomes difficult due to the damage of suppliers,
which can affect supply of
some models in cooling, servo and power system from early April.
We will put the maximum effort in order not to cause any trouble to our valued customers,
however, if there is any possibility causing trouble, the sales representative will contact you shortly.
4. Sales Offices
Utsunomiya sales office is put back in service from Mar.17
Sendai sales office is put back in service from Mar.22
There still remains concern regarding road access and lack of gas,but we will put the maximun effort
in order not to cause any trouble to our valued customers.
