Linear Actuator Stepping Motor "SANMOTION F5"
Developed to Help Reduce Equipment Size
SANYO DENKI CO., LTD. has expanded the lineup of SANMOTION F5 by developing a linear actuator stepping motor.
Semiconductor manufacturing equipment and general industrial machinery sometimes needs the direct drive operation by the linear motion.
This product, on the other hand, incorporates a ball screw inside the stepping motor to make it compact. This allows equipment size to be reduced.
This motor is suitable for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, general industrial machinery, machine tools application and transport equipment.
Features
Downsizing and simplification of design and assembly
Because there is no need to incorporate a ball screw separately from the motor, the number of parts and design process in customers can be reduced, and equipment size can be reduced.
Largest Thrust in the Industry *1
The product produces a maximum thrust of 450 N, the largest in the industry.
Longest Stroke Length in the Industry *1
The product has the longest stroke of 80mm*2 in the industry.
