SANYO DENKI CO., LTD. has expanded the lineup of the "SANMOTION C" controller used with robots, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, transport equipment, and general industrial machinery in factory automation by adding a high-speed field-bus EtherCAT interface and increasing CPU processing capabilities.

High-Speed Field-Bus EtherCAT Interface
EtherCAT is a field-bus system that allows 100Mbps high-speed and highly reliable communication.
With this interface, response performance is speeded up and servo system controllability is enhanced.
A great shortening tact time is achieved.
Small Size
Product size has become compact by reducing volume by 33% comparing with the existing product*. This allows for reductions in system size.
