Built-in Positioning Function model "SANMOTION R"
SANYO DENKI CO., LTD. has developed AC servo amplifier built-in positioning function model "SANMOTION R", expanding its lineup of SANMOTION R series.
System has been greatly simplified as the positioning control unit becomes unnecessary.
This product is best used for transportation usage.
Features
Simple System
Continuous operation is available within preregistered maximum 254 position points.
The amplifier allows to set 4 types of servo gain patterns, speed, acceleration / deceleration and S-curve acceleration/deceleration.
After moving to the first point, it jumps to the next specified point. Point command is repeatedly executable for specified times.
The system can be terminated when hitting any object while moving.
Since positioning control unit is unnecessary, it saves wiring and system space.
Efficient Rotational Transfer
Either infinite coordinates (where object unlimitedly keeps moving), or finite coordinates (where object moves to a constant point) are selectable. Within infinite coordinates, the object may choose shortest way to the target point.
Serial Interface Model Added to Lineup
50 wirings used to be necessary for I/O interface, however, only 3 wirings needed for this serial interface model.
PC is directly connected as a host device.
The host device can rewrite travel data and the parameter of points.
This model can easily construct the system with PLC with RS-485 interface and Sanyodenki's controller "SANMOTION C".
