DC cooling fan features an industry-first 150 mm sq x 50 mm thick size
Sanyo Denki Co., Ltd. has developed the "San Ace 150" GV type DC cooling fan measuring 150 mm sq x 50 mm thick the industry's first＊cooling fan
in this size. Designed for use with servers,
storage systems, communications equipment, industrial equipment and various types of industrial machinery,
the new model became available January 10, 2006.
Features
1. "Industry First" Size
This is the industry's first DC cooling fan measuring 150 mm sq x 50 mm thick.
2. Highest airflow, highest static pressure, and lowest noise in the industry
The new model features a new blade and frame design that provide performance comparable to our conventional product**[which measures φ172 mm x 150 mm x 51 mm thick]:maximum air volume 8.54 m3/min, maximum static pressure 210 Pa and sound pressure level 61 db [A].
3. Compact, Lightweight Design
Compared with our conventional product **[which measures φ172 mm x 150 mm x 51 mm thick], the new model has a more compact motor and a resin frame that reduces weight by 40%.
4. Unique and Flexible Optional Features
A PWM control function for controlling the rotational speed of the fan from the unit can be added. This product can be set to the minimum rotational speed, so it is effective in reducing unit power consumption and noise
