Sanyo Denki Co., Ltd is holding "Princeton Notes" within the framework of the Trust Fund and the details are as follows:
In cooperation with 16 companies which are holding Princeton Notes (total nominal value: approx. 35.3 billion yen), our company has designated MORI SOGO LAW OFFICES in Tokyo and WEIL, GOTSHAL & MANGES LLP Law Office in New York as attorneys to recover the damages we have suffered from Princeton Bonds.
Both law offices are now considering what measures to take. We believe that they will institute a law suit shortly.
Parties against which we claim damages:
- Princeton Economics International Ltd., Group (operational group of Princeton Notes)
- Republic New York Securities Group (Group that controlled the money invested by Japanese companies)
